Smoking is the treatment most commonly associated with hypnotherapy.

 

 As long as you have the desire to stop smoking you can stop smoking relatively easily. If you need to stop smoking but do not want to quit then your underlying motivation and desire to quit will need to be re-assessed.

 

 Nicotine will leave your system after a couple of days but the habits, triggers and associations of smoking will remain. Breaking these associations with smoking need not be difficult.

 

 

-After a meal.

-To get a break at work.

-During or after your favourite TV show.

-First thing in the morning.

Of course all of these associations are false and there is actually no need to have a cigarette at any of these times but through habit and desire we falsely believe that we need cigarettes at these times
